"Stephania place is just lovely. She welcomed us in person, showed us around the home and provided recommendations for local restaurants. It was so nice to have such a warm welcome! The property has plenty of space for 6 adults to stay comfortably and the sofa bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of towels and bedding for everybody. Everything was very clean too. The location is also ideal - 20 minute walk into the centre and free parking. Very steep incline walk into town but this wasn’t an issue for us and there’s plenty of lovely views along the way if you need to stop to catch your breath!"
"Comodo e accogliente per la famiglia. Appartamento accogliente, nonostante un po datato, ma soprattutto arredato in modo semplice e delizioso. Ho apprezzato molto la stanza del jazz. Ospitalità e cortesia sono state eccellenti. Non ci é mancato nulla. Abbiamo dormito benissimo, e la cosa non é per nulla scontata, comode le camere e i materassi. Ottima la posizione, in dieci minuti a piedi eravamo in centro e la macchina é rimasta nel parcheggio privato. Tutto perfetto!"

"Wow! What a great flat right in the heart of Perugia (only a few minute walk from train station and the old town). Cosy interiors, comfy bedrooms, good heating for winter and great kitchen! My favourite part is ' the gramophone room' where you can play music of vinyls! Loved it :)"

What a pleasure to stay at this beautiful apartment, so close to the historical centre of Perugia, and yet in a quiet tucked away location. The owner has clearly thought about how to make guests feel at home, with so many thoughtful gestures, having the apartment cool on arrival, having cold water ready and having a selection of quality toiletries available. The apartment was scrupulously clean, and the kitchen was so pleasant to use. The lounge is delightful and both bedrooms are so tastefully decorated. The bathroom was very well equipped, having a washing machine you could use. I walked into town in just a few minutes, it was so easy. Having free parking right outside the accommodation in a historic area was a huge boon. Communication with the owner was the best ever, such helpful information sent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment for a stay in Perugia and I hope we get to return on day.

"We had a lovely stay at Stefania’s place with our 4 month old baby.
The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures - very stylish and spacious and absolutely immaculate. The kitchen was well equipped and there were lots of thoughtful touches including some Perugian chocolate and a stock of jazz records in the living room.
Our baby slept peacefully in the lovely cot and we were very grateful for the use of the washing machine so we could do some laundry! The only thing I’d mention for other parents is that the apartment is quite echoey so you have to keep your voice down at night if your kids are asleep.
Stefania and Paolo were such kind, communicative and thoughtful hosts and we fell in love with Perugia, so would absolutely recommend this city and apartment to other travellers."

"My wife and I both enjoyed our stay at Stefania's apartment. Stefania was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to any query that we had.
The apartment is close to the attractions of Perugia and has parking on site which is very useful in a town like Perugia should you be travelling with a car.
The apartment itself was in pristine condition and very quiet at night. Stefania also offered to take us to the airport if we needed help in getting to the airport. A very generous gesture which was not taken up as we had to drop the hire car back at the airport.

Io e la mia famiglia di 4 persone abbiamo soggiornato a casa di Stefania per 5 notti e l'abbiamo adorato. Facile accesso in auto e parcheggio privato. L'appartamento è di classe, ben arredato e senza alcun disordine. Stefania e suo marito sono sempre stati molto cordiali e reattivi. Grazie!

La casa è stupenda, una bella atmosfera con musica Jazz in sottofondo, luminosa, arredata con gusto e a 10/15min a piedi dal centro, con un parcheggio gratis in una zona tranquilla. Stefania e Paolo sono stati disponibili e attenti. Grazie di tutto!

An amazing apartment in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood near the old city and a 15-minute walk from the city center. Stefania met us the day we arrived, showed us the apartment, made sure we had everything and that we would feel comfortable throughout our visit. The apartment is beautiful and renovated, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Large rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and another living room for relaxing in the middle of the day. There is no doubt that we will return to her place on our next visit.

We stayed 4 nights with Stefania and felt right at home. The rooms are very inviting and cosy. Beds and linen were very comfortable. Spacious for just 2 of us. And walkable to the historic centre too.
